U14 team won their first State Cup championship by defeating Erie FC 6-1 in the semi-finals and TFA Premiership 3-0 in the final! The U14s are headed to Rockford for the Region II Championships later this month! Good Luck at Regionals!!!!
CFC U14 Team
The U15s were State Cup finalists with a 2-1 victory over TFA Premiership in the semi-finals and a hard fought battle and eventual tough loss to Internationals 0-2 in the finals.

CFC Player goes Pro Kai Kasiguran (former CFC player) was drafted by the Chicago Fire in the 1st round of the 2008 MSL Supplemental Draft held on January 24th.
Kai, started his soccer venture with CFC and the age of 8 and played with the club until he was 17 years old. With CFC Kai won 2 state championships (he was the tournament MVP in one of them). Kai also was member of the OYSAN State Team form U13 to U16. He was also Region II Team pool alternate few years as well as US National Team pool at U13. After CFC, Kai continued his soccer career at Messiah College where he led his team to four consecutive Div III Final Four and three National Titles. In his 4 years playing soccer at Messiah, Kai was named four times Division III All-America. An accomplishment very hard to obtain. Posted 12/24/07 Former CFC players make impact inside and outside the field TWO former CFC players were named to the ESPN the magazine FIRST Team Academic All-America team (only eleven players in the country are on this team): Kai Kasiguran (Messiah) and Matt Pietro (Baldwin-Wallace) Todd Alexander was selected to the Second team Academic All-District for his district (Baldwin-Wallace). Geoff Marsh (former CFC player) helps Ohio State University to advance to the NCAA Division I Championship Game. |

Posted 04/03/07 CFC Alumni Kai Kasiguran back to back to back Division III National Champion A summary of the 2006 season: Messiah wins its third NCAA Division III championship in a row. Kai was the Commonwealth Conference Player of the Year for the second year in a row. He was selected to the NSCAA/adidas All-America team for the third year in a row. He was also selected to the D3Kicks All-America team and was named the national Player of the Year by that group (D3Kicks). CONGRATULATIONS KAI!!!
