Ulf Ryberg

Ulf Ryberg

Ulf was born in Gothenburg, Sweden in 1959. His grandfather, Eniar, played First Division A soccer, and nationally. His father, Hasse, worked and directed Ullevie, a world cup stadium. So naturally Ulf grew up in and around soccer his whole life. As a young soccer player his team won the Gothia Cup, and many more prestigious tournaments. By the time he was 17 he started playing First Division A soccer in Europe, and later was a member of the Edmonton Drillers. In 1980 he started playing NASL till 1982, and from 1982 1985 he again played First Division in Europe. Offered a spot with the Cleveland Force he made his way to America. Although he was forced in 1987 into early retirement, due to knee injuries, his love of the game kept him going. He began instructing, and molding young soccer players into competitive athletes. By 1996 he became the owner and technical director of Cleveland Futbol Club. As he teaches "his KIDS" soccer skill and knowledge, they develop self-control, perseverance, good sportsmanship, an appreciation of the value of teamwork, and a love for THE GAME.  This soccer "education" helps them excel - on and off the field - throughout high school and college.

Hector Marinaro

Hector Luis Marinaro is the all-time leading scorer in Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) history, finishing with 1,223 goals and 701 assists over the course of a 21-year playing career -- 16 of which were spent with the Cleveland franchise. On nine different occasions, Marinaro was the MISL scoring champion.
In his final two seasons with the Cleveland Force (2002-04), Marinaro took on an additional responsibility as he doubled as a player and assistant coach. After being named an all-star fifteen times in his career and leading Cleveland to three league championship titles in the 1990's, the MISL League Most Valuable Player Award was named the Hector Marinaro MVP Award in 2005.
A native of Mississauga, Canada, Marinaro also played nine seasons with the Toronto Blizzard of the Canadian Soccer League and has been a member of the Canadian National Team, most recently in 2002.
